Your account and privacy.

NeuroGraph stores your email address, name, program memberships, and program-issued role and PGY year. Learning records include lesson completion, review attempts and ratings, review schedules, earned XP, and assignment progress. These records let you resume learning and receive scheduled reviews.

Account records also include invitations, verification status, and security events such as password resets and access changes. Sign-in sessions may record an IP address and browser information.

Program directors and APDs granted director access can see the residents in the programs they manage. This includes your name, email, PGY year, account status, XP, lesson and module completion, completed and due reviews, recent learning activity, and assignment progress.

Directors can view individual resident records and cohort summaries. Learning totals describe your activity across NeuroGraph, including earlier learning; they are not limited to lessons assigned by your program.

The NeuroGraph platform administrator can manage accounts, invitations, and memberships across programs and view user learning records.

You choose your own password. NeuroGraph stores a password hash rather than a readable password, and passwords are not displayed to program directors or administrators. Password setup and recovery use a link sent to your email address.

An authenticator app is optional for every account, including program directors and administrators. If enabled, it adds a code check when you sign in.

The cohort XP board is optional. You can choose whether to participate and set a public alias in Settings. Participating shares your alias and XP on the cohort board.

That choice is separate from program reporting: your authorized program leadership can still view the learning progress described above.

NeuroGraph uses cookies to keep you signed in, continue invitation setup, and remember your theme. Sign-in sessions expire after eight hours. Signing out or resetting your password ends the relevant sessions.

Hosting, database, and email services process the information needed to run NeuroGraph and deliver account emails, including the recipient address and setup or invitation link.
