Let’s get you signed in.

Open the invitation email from your program and use the same email address throughout setup. You will choose your own password, sign in, and accept the invitation to join your program.

After accepting, confirm your display name and continue to your dashboard. You can choose where to start learning.

Already invited but still need a password? Set up your account. Setting a password alone does not join a program; keep your invitation email so you can return to it.

Check your spam folder and use the latest invitation email. Invitations expire after seven days; a resent invitation replaces the previous link. Ask your program director or the person who invited you to resend it if needed.

If the invitation belongs to a different email address, switch accounts and sign in with the address shown on the invitation. For a correction to that address, contact your inviter.

Request a password reset using your account email. The email link expires after 30 minutes and can be used once. Choose a unique password or passphrase with 12–128 characters.

A password reset signs you out of other sessions. Your program director and NeuroGraph administrator cannot view your password.

Everyone uses the same sign-in page. Your invitation and account permissions determine which dashboard you see. PDs and APDs with director access use separate personal accounts.

Residents, PDs, APDs, and administrators can sign in with their email and password. An authenticator app is optional in Account security. If you enable it, sign-in also asks for an authenticator code or a saved recovery code. Resetting your password does not turn off an authenticator you have enabled.

Sign-in takes place on the NeuroGraph website. If your browser reports that the site is blocked, share the hostname and error message with your hospital IT team and the person who invited you. Leave out passwords, authenticator codes, and invitation or reset links.

On a shared computer, sign out when you finish. Sessions expire after eight hours.
